About Alexpress Towing
We are a local, bilingual towing team dispatched from Sunrise — built on one idea: when someone is stuck on the road, they need a straight answer and a truck that actually shows up.
Who we are
Local operators, not a call center
Alexpress Towing Service runs its own trucks and drivers out of 8610 NW 24th Ct, Sunrise, FL 33322. When you call +1 (786) 436-3553, you talk to the same people who dispatch the truck — not a national broker that resells your call.
We cover all of Broward County, northern Miami-Dade and southern Palm Beach, with regular work on I-95, I-595, I-75, Florida’s Turnpike, the Sawgrass Expressway, US-1 and US-441.
How we work
What “24/7” means here
Real 24/7 dispatch
Nights, weekends and holidays — a person answers, not a voicemail.
Bilingual by default
Every dispatcher speaks English and Spanish. No translation apps, no confusion at the scene.
Right truck for the job
Flatbeds for AWD, low-clearance and damaged vehicles; service units for roadside fixes.
Straight answers
You get an honest ETA and a clear plan on the first call — confirmed again before the truck rolls.

Why drivers keep our number
Most of our work comes from repeat customers, referrals and Google — 4.8★ across 191 reviews. We live in the same neighborhoods we tow in, and we treat a stranded driver the way we would want to be treated at 2 AM on the Turnpike.
